VIP Card – Terms and Conditions

1. Service Discounts
   1. 25% off initial assessments in chiropractic, physiotherapy, and osteopathy. New clients may use this up to three times (once per discipline). Existing clients may use it up to two times, for disciplines they haven't tried at the clinic before. One appointment per discipline.
   2. 15% off massage therapy, up to 180 minutes total (split across sessions of any length).
2. Complimentary Session
   1. One free 30-minute personal training baseline session, including force plate testing and athletic profiling.
3. General
   1. All benefits must be booked and completed between June 11 and July 19, 2026.
   2. Card is non-transferable.
   3. Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full rate, and the VIP discount or complimentary session for that appointment is forfeited.
   4. Cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or insurance discounts.
   5. All sales are final.
